Process oils are used as plasticizers, carriers, or process additives in the production of a wide variety of finished products in the chemical and manufacturing industries. Since the process oil used becomes part of the final product formulation, it directly affects the product properties.

Main application areas of process oils include:

Rubbers (SBR, BR, IR, NR, EPDM), Thermoplastic elastomers (SBS, SEBS, SEPS), Polyethylene compounds, PVC, PP, PS, Tires, Hoses, Seals, Shoe soles, Cable fillers, Masterbatches, Road paints, Printing inks, Leather chemicals, Textile chemicals, Construction chemicals, Explosives, Adhesives, Bituminous membranes, Foam suppressants, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Agricultural spray oils, Filling pastes, Wood care products, Cosmetics and personal care products, Lubricant additives

Our process oils are produced in various types suitable for all kinds of manufacturing needs requiring process oils, backed by our company’s many years of experience.

GENERAL FEATURES

Paraffinic Process Oils:

  • Produced with various refining techniques according to application needs (API Group I, II & III)

  • Exhibit good color and UV stability

  • Have a narrow boiling range

  • Show minimal effect from temperature changes due to high viscosity index

  • Perform well in both low and high temperatures

  • High resistance to oxidation

  • Low volatility and evaporation loss

  • Excellent compatibility with natural and synthetic polymers

  • Provide versatile usage and cost efficiency

Naphthenic Process Oils:

  • Maintain fluidity even at very low temperatures

  • Excellent compatibility with natural and synthetic polymers

  • Produced in a wide range of viscosities depending on application

  • High solvency properties

  • Low aniline point

  • Free of wax content

  • Very good compatibility with emulsifiers and additives

Aromatic Process Oils:

  • Dark-colored

  • Excellent compatibility with rubbers

  • Very good plasticizing properties

  • Low volatility

  • Very low aniline point and very high solvency

  • New generation aromatic oils comply with REACH regulations due to low PAH content

White Mineral Oils:

  • Colorless, odorless, and clear

  • Very high purity

  • Free from aromatic hydrocarbons (CA)

  • Produced with high paraffinic content

  • Excellent UV stability

  • Compliant with FDA 21 CFR 178.3620 (*a) & (*b) for:
    *a. pharmaceutical white mineral oils
    *b. technical white mineral oils
